PURCHASE OF TICKETS ONLINE
Credit Card
Tickets can only be purchased through this web site by using a credit card. Your credit card will be debited at the time of ordering. Ticket prices are inclusive of GST.
All credit card purchases are made through the Commonwealth Bank's secure payment facility. The service uses a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)protocol that was developed to protect confidential information such as credit card numbers and other financial data from interception and hacking. In the unlikely event that you believe any unauthorised use of your credit card has occurred, please immediately notify us by email and contact your bank through your usual communication method.
Ticket Supply
After completing your purchase you will receive an email confirmation of your order with a PDF of your tickets purchased. Please print your tickets and present as per instructions at theme park or attraction.
Refund Policy
Tickets purchased via this web site are non-refundable (unless required by law) and may not be resold.
